A convoy carrying the body of slain reservist Cpl. Nathan Cirillo will be travelling along the Highway of Heroes this afternoon.
The 24-year-old Hamilton, Ont., father was shot while on guard at the National War Memorial in Ottawa on Wednesday.
The stretch of highway between Trenton, Ont., and Toronto was named to honour fallen soldiers in 2007. The route is often used for convoys carrying the bodies of members of the Canadian military.

I saw a picture of his dogs peeking under a fence with the caption "They wait for Nathan to come home"
Broke my god damn heart.

May Cpl Cirillo rest in peace. He will not be forgotten.
